PAUL MISKIN
Managing Partner
Paul has over 30 years City experience in stockbroking and investment banking. Most recently he was Head of Equities at Panmure Gordon, responsible for sales and trading, and Head of Sales at Evolution. Prior to this Paul spent 8 years at Citigroup where he was Head of Equity Sales and subsequently lived in Boston, USA establishing an office for sales of European Equities.
Paul also spent 5 years at Smith New Court (Merrill Lynch) as a UK equity salesman and he started at Brown, Shipley & Co. in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.
NICK CUNNINGHAM
Managing Partner
Nick has over 30 years experience as a City analyst. He is highly regarded by both institutional investors and public companies as one of leading global Aerospace & Defence analysts in London whilst he has also followed a number of other industrial sectors.
He has ranked top in a number of prestigious analyst’s surveys whilst working for Laing & Cruickshank, BZW (now Barclays), Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) and more latterly Panmure Gordon. At each firm he recreated a strong research franchise in his sectors. Nick was analyst on the IPOs of Safran (then Snecma) and Leonardo (then Finmeccanica) whilst he started his career at HM Treasury.
Nick is responsible for the research product at Agency Partners whilst also co-covering global Aerospace & Defence stocks.
SASH TUSA

Sash has over 30 years’ experience as an equity analyst, specialising in Aerospace & Defence. For over a decade he led European A&D research at Goldman Sachs, where he was consistently ranked by independent external surveys amongst the Top 3 analysts for the European A&D sector. Prior to that he was at UBS, Robert Fleming, and a fund manager at Schroders. His career started as a graduate trainee in the military aircraft industry, and is a reservist officer in the British Army, specialising in Air Assault operations and logistics.
He has also acted as an advisor to A&D companies, government departments and agencies globally on corporate transactions, spending reviews, and market analysis. These have included the mergers of British Aerospace and GEC Marconi, DASA, CASA and Aerospatiale, Saab/Celsius and Rolls-Royce/Vickers as well as privatisations. Public offerings have included Tadiran and Tadiran Telecom, EADS, Finmeccanica, and MTU Aero Engines.
MURRAY JACOBSON

Murray’s career as a salesman in broking stretches back over 30 years. After 8 years at Smith New Court (Merrill Lynch) where he worked in European Equities, he moved to Collins Stewart for a decade and more recently was a member of the team at Matrix Securities. He services a broad range of clients on UK and European stock ideas.
